AL-CAN GUARANTEES
Each AL-CAN cylinder undergoes various tests at every stage of the production process. The strict quality control guarantees its high standard, and the series of cyclic tests simulating real-life conditions examine the product’s characteristics.
Dimensions check
Every cylinder requires a max. margin of 0.1mm
Leak test
Every cylinder is tested on possible leaks
Hydraulics test
Each cylinder is hydraulically tested
Internal cleanliness
Each cylinder undergoes an internal cleanliness inspection
